Navigating to the Affiliate’s Profile
- Accessing the Affiliate Manager: Start by navigating to the affiliate page. This can be found under the ‘Affiliate Manager’ section within the ‘Marketing’ tab of your CRM dashboard.
2. Selecting an Affiliate: You will be presented with a list of all your affiliates on the platform. Locate and click on the profile of the affiliate under whom you want to add sub-affiliates.
Adding Sub-Affiliates
Once you are on the affiliate’s profile page, you will see all the relevant information and details about this affiliate. To add sub-affiliates, follow these steps:
3. Finding the Sub-Affiliate Tab: Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find the ‘Sub-Affiliate’ tab. Click on it to view a list of all sub-affiliates already added under this parent affiliate.
Adding a New Sub-Affiliate: To add a new sub-affiliate, click on the button on the right side of the screen. A pop-up will appear.
- Selecting a Campaign: The first step in the pop-up is to choose the campaign for which you want to add the sub-affiliate. By default, it selects the first campaign the parent affiliate was added to.
- Choosing from Existing Affiliates: You will see two lists in the pop-up. The first list allows you to pick affiliates already present in the system. The second list shows existing sub-affiliates under this parent affiliate. You can search by name or email and click on the profile to add it.
- Removing an Existing Sub-Affiliate: If you need to remove a sub-affiliate, simply click on their profile again.
Saving Your Changes: Once you have made your selections, click on ‘Save’. If the affiliate you wish to add is not already on the platform, you can create a new profile directly from this flow by clicking on ‘Add Affiliate’, entering their information, and then saving.

- What if the ‘Save’ button doesn’t work?: Ensure all required fields are filled out and that your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or contact support.
- Can I add multiple sub-affiliates at once?: Yes. Sub-affiliates can be added in bulk.
- How do I remove a sub-affiliate?: You can remove a sub-affiliate by clicking on their profile in the ‘Sub-Affiliate’ tab and then saving your changes.
