Manually Scheduling Appointments
To begin scheduling a new appointment from the contacts tab, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Contacts Tab: Start by selecting the “Contacts” tab from the main menu. Here, you’ll find a list of your contacts.
- Select a Contact: Choose the contact you want to schedule an appointment with by clicking on their name. This will open their contact details.

Appointment Panel Options
Once you’re in the contact’s details, you’ll see the option to add a new appointment in the “Appointments” panel.

Here’s a breakdown of the options you’ll encounter:
- Choose a Calendar: Select the calendar you’d like to book the appointment on. This is crucial for organizing your appointments effectively.

- Choose a Day: Pick the day for your appointment. The system automatically hides unavailable days based on your settings.

- Choose a Time Slot: Select from the available time slots for the chosen day. Unavailable times are not displayed for your convenience.

- Appointment Title: Assign a title to your appointment. If left blank, the default title from the calendar settings will be used.

- Contact Time Zone: Make sure to set the contact’s time zone correctly to ensure that follow-up communications are sent at the appropriate time.

- Meeting Location: Specify a meeting location. If left blank, the default location from the calendar settings will be used.

- Status: Indicate whether the appointment is confirmed or unconfirmed.

Troubleshooting and FAQs
- What if I can’t find a suitable time slot? Ensure that your calendar settings are correctly configured to display your availability. Check your calendar’s blocked times and adjust as necessary.
- How do I reschedule an appointment? To reschedule, go to the appointment details and select a new date and time. Ensure you communicate any changes to the contact.
- Can I set recurring appointments? Yes. If your calendar has recurring appointments enabled and configured then creating a new booking on the calendar will add the recurring appointments as well.
