Creating a course in the CRM is a straightforward process that begins with accessing the “Sites” section. Here’s a step-by-step overview:
- Opening Sites: Navigate to the “Memberships” section to start the course creation process.
- Viewing Products: Click on “Products” to see your existing courses or to create a new one.
- Creating a New Product: Select “Create Product” on the right side. You have the option to use a pre-designed template or start from scratch. For this guide, we’ll opt for building our own course.

Naming Your Product
The first step in creating your course is to give it a name. This name will be visible to your students and should reflect the content and objectives of your course.
Customization Options
After naming your product, you’ll be presented with several customization options:
- Details: Here, you can edit the core aspects of your course, such as the title, description, thumbnail, instructor information, logos, and any additional code you wish to include.
- Customize: This section allows you to personalize the appearance of your course page. You can select colors, background images, adjust sections, lessons, and more. It’s also possible to save and apply themes for future use.
- Offers: View and manage all offers associated with your course, including titles, prices, and checkout options.
- Comments: This area lets you monitor and respond to comments made on your course.
- Certificate : Here you can manaeg the certificates issued to the members who have completed the course.

Managing Your Products
From the “Your Products” page, you can preview, edit, clone, and share your courses. This central hub makes it easy to manage all your course offerings in one place.
Building Your Course Content
Once you’ve set up the initial details of your course, it’s time to start adding content:
- Product Structure: Create categories (modules) to organize your course content. Each module can contain lessons, subcategories, and assessments.
- Adding Lessons: Lessons are the core content of your course. Here, you can add text, images, files, and customize settings such as title, category, visibility, and more.
- Organizing Content: Use the drag-and-drop feature to rearrange modules and lessons. Collapsing modules can help you manage large amounts of content more easily.

Customizing Lessons
When creating or editing a lesson, you have several options:
- Title and Category: Specify the lesson’s title and which category it belongs to.
- Body Description: Add a detailed description of the lesson’s content.
- Files and Thumbnails: Upload any relevant files or images to enhance your lesson.
- Visibility: Control who can see your lesson. Only published lessons are visible to students, while drafted lessons remain hidden.

Throughout the course creation process, you may encounter challenges or have questions. Here are a few tips:

- Check Visibility Settings: If a lesson isn’t showing up, verify that it’s set to “Published.”
