1. Information We Need from You
To get started, we’ll need some information and access from your end. Please provide the following:
- Website Domain + Admin Access: We need access to your domain registrar to set up your website or other services.
- Social Media Account Connection: For social media management, please provide access to all your social accounts.
- List of Previous Customers (CSV File): For database or review reactivation. Fill this CSV file.
- Resources (Logo, Images, Graphics, Copy, etc.): Share any assets needed for website building or content creation. Upload them here.
- Calendar Availability: Provide your availability for calendar integration. You can also do it yourself by following the steps here.
- Employee Emails: Provide a list of employees who need access to Meriaky. You can add them yourself here.
2. Things You Need to Do in the Meriaky Platform
Once your account is set up, here’s what you need to complete within the platform:
- Review Your Business Information: Ensure all your business details are correct. Learn more.
- Fill in Custom Values: These will be reused throughout the platform. Learn how.
- Download the Mobile App: Stay connected with Meriaky on the go. (Find it in the left menu at app.meriaky.com once logged in).
- Buy a Phone Number: Create a dedicated phone number for communications. Learn more.
- Integrate with Facebook, Instagram, and Gmail: Sync your social and calendar tools. Here’s how.
- Connect to Stripe: For payment processing and invoicing. Follow this guide.
- Import Contacts: Import your client list for easy management. Here’s how. Use this CSV file.
- Add SMTP Emails: Set up email configurations for communication. Learn more.
- Add Domains: Connect your domain for calendars, websites, or forms. Setting up your domain.
